Kaeng Panang is a Thai red curry is thick, salty and sweet,
with a flavor of peanut and hazelnut.
Recipe: Kaeng Panang
1 - Pour into a pan 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk with the contents of this package.
2 - Heat until oil appears on top
3 - Add the minced beef or chicken (250 g) and cook until meat
or chicken is tender.
4 - Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
5 - Add some kaffir lime leaves and chilli or if you wish.
6 - Boil
7 - Ready!
Add the fish sauce (nuoc mam) if desired
Serve with jasmine rice
