Tom Ka is a delicious soup with flavor of coconut milk,
galangal root, kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass.
Chicken Tom Kha
1 - Boil 1 cup (240 mL) coconut milk.
2 - Add the 300g chicken meat with the contents of this package.
3 - Cook until the chicken is cooked
4 - Add 320 ml water and simmer until chicken is tender
5 - Add another 240 ml of coconut milk and 100g of mushrooms.
6 - Boil
7 - Ready!
Add the fish sauce (nuoc mam) and lime juice
or lime if desired
