Laab-Namtok is a dish that was brought to Bangkok by the people E-san (Northeastern provinces, near the Mekong River). The mixture of local herbs and lime juice makes this tangy dish is very refreshing, usually the Laab-Namtok is served with rice.
Preparation of Laab (beef, chicken or other meats) 1 - put in a pan 1/4 cup (60 ml) of water and 300g of minced meat and fry until cooked. 2 - Add the contents of the package and mix well 3 - Add the fish sauce (nuoc mam). Top with shallot, mint and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.
